Justin Goes to a Pool Party

Justin always wanted to go to pool parties, but never had a chance in his small home town. On the Internet he saw that poeple often jump fully clothed into the pool. The very thought got him excited.

He experimented with pool party different outfits in the shower at home when he was alone. First, it was just light sportswear, then different outfits like jeans, polo shirts, hoodies and rain clothes. He always made sure that they were the kind of clothing that wouldn't be ruined by water.

College Showers

Now in college, Justin was free to try different things. He had just started his first week, enjoying his freedom for the first time. But his schedule had been so busy that he didn't have a chance to check out, or look for the pool parties he heard about.

He was living in the freshmen dorm. They had communal showers with a drying room. The college pool was right next to his dorm. He heard that pool parties were often held there.

On his first night his fellow students asked him if he had a phone or wallet in his pockets.

He said "No, they're im my room." He showed them his empty jeans and hoodie pockets.

"Then you are allowed into our Chillout Room," one of them said, "come this way."

They took him into the shower room and turned on a shower. Two students, dressed in jeans and hoodies, shoved him into the shower and kept him there until he was completely soaked, covering him in shampoo from top to bottom. They too got completely wet and seemed to enjoy it.

While he was being washed he noticed two students came into the shower room, took off their backpack and shoes, and went under a shower, fully clothed, chatting and laughing.

Then they expained to him that after a long day the students gather in the showers to chill out and party. Many don't bother to take their clothes off, but go under the shower with whatever they have on.

After sports he was told to always shower in his kit and give it a good rinse, like many other students. This was common practice in this college which promoted sports a lot. Justin was in wet heaven.

Shopping for Pool Party Outfit

During his third week, some of his college friends who were renting a house, invited him over for the weekend. He knew of their house and that it had a pool, so he jumped at the chance.

That week, Justin decided to get some shopping in. At a nearby mall he went into one of the department stores and straight to the clothing department.

Going through the different outfits, he kept thinking about the upcoming weekend. He was looking a one particular T-shirt and he must have been thinking out loud, wondering how that would looked soaking wet.

"On you, fantastic," came a response. Justin quickly swung around to see a man about his age wearing a store name tag.

"Excuse me?" Justin said.

"I heard you wondering what that would look like on you soaking wet. I think it would look fantastic."

"I didn't know anyone was listening," Justin replied sheepishly, embarrassed that he had been found out.

"I'm sorry," he quickly apologized. "I didn't mean to embarrass you. I was about to ask you if you needed any help when you made that comment." The cute guy extended a hand and said, "I'm Nick."

Justin shook his hand and introduced himself.

"Is there anything in particular you're looking for?"

"I'm just looking for an outfit for a party this weekend."

"Formal or casual?"

"Casual."

Before he asked his next question, he looked around to see if anyone might be in earshot. Then he did ask, in a quieter voice: "Wet or dry?" The tone in his voice told him that this was a serious question and that my secret, although obviously out, was safe with him.

"Well," Justin began, "I was hoping to get wet, but I'd hate explaining myself to the others there."

Nick thought for a moment before responding, "I have an idea." With that, he guided him over to the sporting goods department and over to a rack of clothes.

"You own a bike?" he asked. Justin nodded, replying that freshmen didn't get much in the way of parking spaces on campus.

Nick sized him up, reached into the rack, and pulled out a Spandex biking outfit. It consisted of long black bib tights, the ones that go over the shoulders, and a long sleeved blue jersey.

"I only recommend Spandex to the fit guys," he cautioned with a wry grin, "but I think this would definitely work on you."

He handed him the outfit and Justin examined it. Although elastic, the material was thick. He was more used to clothes that were loose rather than cling to him. "Spandex?" Justin asked.

"Don't knock it until you try it," he said. "Think about it: These are common sporting clothes and nobody is going to question you about getting wet in this."

At that point, another shop assistant was calling Nick and he had to leave. Justin looked at the outfit one more time, then convinced himself to buy it.

Pool Party Day

Saturday afternoon, Justin donned his biking gear and rode over to his friend's house. The rain in the morning had flooded the road in places, but he just went right through the puddles and got his legs wet.

"Haha, no problem!" he thought.

His mind was on the pool party. He hoped to get wet there anyway as he arrived. As usual, everyone was around the pool listening to music, enjoying some cool fruit shakes, and looking good.

One of them commented that he should have brought along a swimsuit. Justin quickly made up an excuse, saying that he couldn't find anything that he liked.

Someone else recommended that he could just go in wearing his biking outfit. Justin was floored that he had been "invited" to swim in what he was wearing.

He casually responded, "Alright then," and wasted no time in diving in. He didn't even take the blue jersey off.

There wasn't the drag that he had expected when swimming in clothes. In fact, it felt like he was wearing a regular swimsuit. And there was another surprise when he surfaced. The Spandex, as porous as it was, held quite a bit of water. As soon as he broke the surface, for a few seconds, the sheen the water created was incredible. It was almost like a glassy surface.

He noticed that he had caught the attention of all the guests at the pool. They were trying to be cool about it and were failing miserably.

One of the boys mentioned how good it looked and that he would have to try it sometime. Justin made a mental note to thank Nick for the idea. He found a lounge chair and decided to dry off a little before going back into the pool.

"Hey, anyone home?" a voice called out.

"We're back here," one of the boys called back and ran off to meet the new guest. It wasn't long before that boy came back with his guest and brought him over to the pool.

"Justin, I want you to meet someone I ran into just yesterday," he said. Raising his sunglasses, Justin looked up at the newcomer.

It was Nick dressed in a Spandex full body swimsuit and a thin yellow anorak.

As they were being introduced, one of the guys chided Nick over the way he seemed to take an interest in Justin's wet outfit.

"Can you blame me?" he replied. "I think it looks fantastic! Fancy a swim, Justin?"

Both jumped into the pool, splashed around a lot, then settled in a corner for a a chat.

Now The Pool Party Really Kicked In

Looking at the other guests gawking at what just happened, the host quickly realised a fun way to get the party going.

Moments later he came back with a big box full of clothes, like jeans, T-shirts, jogging pants, hoodies and anoraks.

"Time to get dressed for the pool!", he shouted, "Nobody is allowed in topless."

That got them going. Quickly they all scrambled for a comfy outfit. Soon everybody was dressed in casual clothes or sportswear.

"Let's jump!" the host shouted and turned the music up load.

Moments later they all were in pool, enjoying the feeling of wet clothes. For many it was the first time. They were surprised how good the clothes felt, realising what they missed out so far, happy to have discoveed an exciting new hobby.

Until the dinner break a lot of splashing and jumping kept everyone busy. Dry was not an option.

Then the buffet arrived, together with another box of dry clothes for all who wanted to dry off for a while. It contained mostly jogging pants, T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts.

"Feel free to change into dry clothes for dinner," shouted the host.

"Can we get get these wet after dinner?", someone asked.

"Of course," said the host, "variety brings more fun, try on different outfits."

"Let's enjoy some food and soak some different clothes later." Nick said to Justin who had never soaked a jogging suit. This was going to be very exciting.

Then it was time for the buffet. Many guests came out of the pool, dried off and changed into these soft, dry clothes. Others enjoyed the dinner in their wet clothes.

Lots of fresh and healthy food was served, exactly how Justin liked it. He picked a plate full and sat down in a deck chair near the pool. Nick soon joined him. They talked about college, swimming in clothes, and more.

Almost an hour later Nick said he was feeling a bit hot in these jogging clothes. "Want to join me for a swim?" he asked.

Justin felt hot too, so they slowly went into the pool at the shallow end, first soaking their socks, then the jogging pants. As they waded in deeper the water reached their T-shirts and hoodies. They put up the hoods and submerged under water for a private moment. Justin was loving it.

The party was a great success. All had great fun. The guests changed into their own clothes, some wet, some dry, and headed home. Justin and Nick put their cycling kit back on which was almost dry again, gave the host a hug, and cycled home.

"What's your dorm like?" asked Nick.

"Small, but cosy. We even have a chillout room to relax."

NIck was curiuos. "What is that?"

"Hard to explain, but I can show you." Justin grinned at Nick.

"Alright, let's see." Nick wasn't just curious about the chill out room.

Back in the dorm Justin showed Nick his room, asked him to leave phone and wallet there, then they took some towels and headed for the showers.

"This is where we chill out after a long day."

"How?" asked Nick.

"Easy," replied Justin, "you pick one a garden chair, place it under the shower, and sit down."

Nick was intrigued. He sat down in a chair and Justin turned the shower on. The warm water ran through Nick's hair, over his yellow anorak and into his Lycra suit. Justin too sat down in the next shower in his cycling kit, enjoying how the water soaked his blue jersey.

"Can I stay for the night?" asked Nick after a while. "My clothes are all wet."

Justin nodded with a smile. They put the wet clothes into the drying room and hopped into Justin's bed after a long and exciting day.

Morning Surprise

Justin and Nick were woken by three students dressed in grey college hoodies. They ware asked to get dressed and see something new.

Justin put on a jogging suit and lent Nick one of his tracksuits. Then they followed the others out of the dorm and into the college swimming pool hall.

"What do you think, eh?" they were asked. Nick and Justin were stoked. Such a great pool just around the corner from the dorm.

"Join us for a swim!" they said and jumped into the pool with all their clothes on. Justin was just about to jump in when Nick stopped him.

"Can I get your tracksuit wet, I mean wear it in the pool?" Nick asked.

"Yes, that's what it's for!" smiled Justin, grabbed his hand and jumped into the pool in his jogging suit. Nick couldn't stop him and came flying in as well.

They joined the others and were told that swimming in the morning is a great way to wake up. Apparently these guys didn't bother about swimwear, but simply picked up whatever clothes lay on the floor, jeans, T-shirts, hoodies or rainwear.

Afterwards they had fun in the showers and then disappeared into their rooms for some private time, before heading off to college. Life was easy for them.
