The purpose of this game show seems to be to soak these teenagers. One after the other gets drenched.

These pictures are from a television program produced in Canada from 1979 to 1990 called "You Can't Do That On Television". It was syndicated by the Nickelodeon network in the USA from about 1985 onward.

The show is a skit-based comedy starring two adults and a dozen kids (that changed over the years). The "water and slime sketches" were a running gag on the show. On each episode they would trick one of the kids into saying "I don't know" which was the trigger word for green slime or "water" which resulted in a soaking.
