Adventure Camps
All sports and activities shown here are aimed towards developing the talents and physical fitness of each camper. They are varied in order to enhance the abilities of the individual as well as those of the group. Our mission is to promote family friendly ideas for activities and events that take place in and around water. We love to share our adventures and hope we can inspire you to get out there and explore all that watersports have to offer. A week at an adventure summer camp can be a life-changing experience for young and old. New milestones are reached, decisions are made, new skills are learned, new friendships are forged, and campers go home with tools that will last a lifetime. Camp events are designed so that nearly every age camper has a camp they can attend nearly every week of the summer. Wet Fun Activities
Swimming is at the core of many adventure centres. Their staff focus on building confidence while teaching survival swimming skills and fun activities. Build ConfidenceSome campers may have a fear of water. In a caring and patient a learning environment you can experience new watersports in a way comfortable for all. Wet activities on land or in shallow water allow you to build confidence and enjoy getting wet in clothes. Instructors teach in the water to ensure contact interaction and support for each camper. Many centers have heated pools for both instructional sessions and “free” swimming or watersports afterwards. Campers are placed in small sized swim groups based upon their individual ability. |
