Lifesaving Classes in Brighton, England

Ask for Stefan on Thursday night from 8-10pm at the King Alfred Leisure Centre or email us here. Emphasis is on fun and realistic skills training with the RLSS syllabus. Bring some unlined sports clothes to swim in.

£25 course fee includes:
- RLSS Training Manuals
- Tuition (ca. 15 sessions)
- Insurance and Exam Fees
- Bronze Medallion Certificate
- Club Membership (1 year)

Training and learning useful lifesaving skills while splashing around with friends is what clubs are all about. They are dedicated to providing people of all ages with the opportunity to learn valuable lifesaving skills and techniques in a relaxed and fun environment.

Life Support

Clubs are the best place to learn the essential skills of life support. They have all the equipment and qualified trainers to prepare you for the Life Support Assessment. Please read the Resuscitation Guidelines 2000 from the Resuscitation Council (UK) which contain more detailed information than we could provide.
